Malaga Youth Camps
It's about a great time. It's about a great God!
Use your gifts and talents to show God's love! At Music and Drama Camp (MAD) every camper uses his or her special gifts to contribute to our camp's musical.
MAD camp is for anyone who loves singing and/or acting for the Lord. We spend our week growing in Christ and putting together a musical with a biblical message! The musical is performed on Saturday night at the end of our week as the kickoff for Malaga camp meeting. It is always an exciting experience!
Our days are long, but very rewarding! We begin each day with breakfast at 8:30 a.m. followed by bible study, chorus practice and dance class. Our afternoons consist of rehearsals, swimming, and ice cream store visits with lunch at 12:30 and dinner at 5:30. Evening service begins at 7:00 with Christian music and various guest speakers. After the service is our evening activity, which could include scavenger hunts, pool games, square dancing, and a bonfire. The evening ends with devotions in the dorm. We take a special outing on Thursday and spend the day relaxing together!
All levels of talent are welcome to join us. We have a place for YOU to help present the message of the Gospel. Anyone entering 4th grade through 2014 graduates may attend.
